Kinsale

Kinsale is a very small town of about 2300 people. And though it is a very beautiful town that isn't it's only distinction – this incredibly small town is also known as the 'Foodie Capital of Ireland'.

Home to at least a couple dozen gourmet restaurants, Kinsale should go on the 'must see' list of anyone travelling to Ireland. It's a beautiful part of the country and you could eat well literally for weeks. We had dinner at a place called Jim Edwards, which seemed more like a pub from the look and feel of the place. But the seafood was spectacular and was ultimately among the best I have ever had.
